But frankly speaking, when you interpret what someone says, and ignore the context within which the statement is made, you do a lot harm than good to the hearers. Then again, the predisposed opinion that NAPO speaks derogatorily can even make the interpreter cause more harm than good; not referring this to the professor. I think the professor's reaction is worrying knowing he is a professor. In any case, would you vote for someone to go to parliament because he can box-fight? So NAPO is saying parliament is for those who you their minds and not those who fight. Having said all that, I think "fighters" would have been the most appropriate, and not "boxers." To avoid all forms of ambiguities.
