  He did not really need a Prison time. Six months sentence to hard community labor at Kamina Barracks or at the Burma Camp under the supervision of very rough and tough Military Officers would have done him some good. He could ...

  He did not really need a Prison time. Six months sentence to hard community labor at Kamina Barracks or at the Burma Camp under the supervision of very rough and tough Military Officers would have done him some good. He could have been made to work from 7.00 Am to 5.00PM with an hour break for lunch which he should provide for himself would have cured him of his stealing habit. At the Prison, give him some tough discipline for him not to ever steal again.
