The most corrupt and lawless institution in Ghana is the Ghana Police Service. Funny how their motto is service and INTEGRITY.
In any lawfully country, the police driver would be charge with manslaughter and be put to jail. In Ghana, it is the other way round. The deseased will rather be jailed. HAHAHAHA. This is how the laws works under AKUFFO ADDO.
Indeed the deceased ( dead okada rider ) will definitely be JAILED FOR ILLEGALLY USING MOTORCYCLE FOR COMMERCIAL PURPOSES...

Ghanaweb, a human being can be "arrested", or a process can be arrested i.e stopped eg the spread of a disease, not a bus. The bus was seized, or consficated.
