  Very sad story especially when it involves kids. We should all learn that driving though flooded roads can be fatal. Vehicles per their inflated tyres are susceptible to floatation therefore easily carried downstream.

  NOTE:
  If u happen to be driving through flood, if u can estimate the water level to be more than the bottom tip of the tyre rim kindly pass through especially if the water is not stagnant.
