An excellent piece. The interference of the supreme court and their failure to act on other equally urgent and important cases before it tells all the story. Its very unfortunate but its a matter of time.
Pls just cite one equally important case that the SC has not determine. Is it the LGBT-Q Bill? The court has explained that Parliament is the institution delaying to file it response.
