So Dame's carelessness freed Ato Forson not the supreme court, if not, they would have done exactly wat Akufo Addo packed them there to do.

The way that stupid buffoon Godfred Dame was manipulating the judges and defense witness was so embarrassing that the Appeal Court judges gave the Ghanaian courts a face saving exit.

Shocking when in contempt of thie highest court of the land, a Prof of Political Science can boldly claim that lately the Supreme Court is ignoring "public sentiment" Herr? The Supreme is a creation of the Constitution to help resolve constitutional matters. Do this include interpretation of "public sentiment". If public sentiments overwhelming allege thar you are foreign and you file document as proof of citizenship, how should the factor public sentiments into that. Is this another silly season for politically inspired idiots? Students are suffering, if their Prof doesn't even know that the only constitutional instrument for measuring " public" sentiment at any point in time is something called a "referundum". Check the almight 1992 constitution, and remember courts are for judgements of law, whilst demos and rallies are for inciting sentiments. Only wise and knowlegdeble men and women must speak on matters of constitutional law, not ma try maque trial and error commentators, who claim to be jack or all trades - security, governance, environment, elections, labour rights, law, terrorism, polls and elections.

The closest comparison should be with the people of SALL, which is also about denial of representation of the people.

The people of SALL have been denied representation for over a thousand and four hundred days and the courts did not treat that matter with the urgency they have attached to the recent matter involving the 4 constituencies in Central, Ashanti, Eastern and Western regions. The question is why and the answer to many is simple. It is about to who stands to gain or lose in the cases cited and that is where the issue is.
In the Ato Forson's case, the court simply had no option.

The Atorney General's leaked tape was what saved him.

So please, in your defence of the Ghana's Judiciary, you have to go beyond the Ato Forson and Jakpa.
