  Clueless NPP footsoldier. What do you know about the constitution or separation of powers? That useless Chief Justice is rather arrogating powers she doesn't have to herself. Her only role is to interpret the constitution which she failed woefully. Where were you when they told Ghanaians that a birth certificate cannot be used for nationality and citizenship? Useless Supreme Court.

  Ei NPP. Did the law say if an independent MP join a political party or vice versa, a secretary General of a party should write to the speaker?. In the case of the formena MP, the NPP wrote to inform the speaker that he was sacked from the party. Are we expecting the NPP to write to the speaker that he has now joined the party and so the speaker should sack him from parliament?. This simple English and people are dancing with it.

  Yes, the constitution has not given power to Bagbin to declare any seat vacant but only professor Mike Ocquare has been given such powers. GHANA!!! What a double standard shithole backwater country. With one group of people, everything is right, but with another group of people that same thing is wrong and sacrilegious. What Ghana needs is military leadership and military courts and not this shambolic unanimous 7-2 political courts.
