Shamelessly, disgracefully and lawlessly, she also did it. Nana Addo doesn't respect the constitution and Ghanaians.

Justice Yaw Appaw was a PNDC Deputy Regional Secretary (minister) for the then Bring Ahafo Region. Justice Gabriel Pwamang was the General Secretary of PNC. Justice George Buadi who handled the SALL case at Ho was an NDC member of Parliament and several others. Inusah, Fuseini is just being hypocritical to his own conscience.

So Hon., haven't we had a Supreme Court Justice who previously was a member of a political party but performed his judicial functions objectively? One such Justice is Yaw Appau, a retired Justice of the Supreme Court who was one of the Justices who presided over the 2020 Presidential elections petition. Justice Appau himself has told the whole country that before he joined the bench, he was a cadre of the NDC. However, most Ghanaians who follow the work of the Supreme Court can testify to the exceptional work of Justice Yaw Appau (Rtd).

John Mahama appointed Asiedu Nketia when he was NDC General Secretary to the Bui Power Authority Board and his block factory was producing and selling blocks at extremely high price to the Authority when the dam was being constructed. Corrupt people.
