Was disgracefully booted out, rejected and thrown away by over 1,000,000 votes; seeking to introduce 24hr Ashawo, nkoko/prako nketekete, Kenkey/fish, Okada/ Mortuary, Pizza, iced cream, chocolate, rename universities, etc non fa.   The affected MPs have vacated their positions. So is the SC call the MPs not to go on as independent candidates? Is the court going to force them? Has the court got the power to decide on what the MPs want? They MPs say's they are not going to be part of the present parties in parliament. They have problems with their parties. Till that is done, the court can not tell the Speaker not to pronounce the vacancy of their seats.

  What could have happened if all the affected MPs were from NDC ?
  Has NPP not apply the same Article 97 to sacked Essiama from parliament ?
  How could Afenyo go to Suprême Court for intepretation ?
  NPP ran to Suprême Court because they are afraid to become minority.
  The Chief justice has saved NPP with the bell.
