Mahama and some wicked civil servants together with the tacit involvement of the likes of Betty Mould Iddrisu and Marrieta Brew Oppong facilitated this modus operandi with the sole purpose of fleecing the country dry through partnerships with local and foreign entities. Look at how Mahama rushed to sign all the numerous power deals the country did not need during dumsor, it was with one purpose, to rip off the country. I continue to weep at the loss of Atta-Mills who had begun noticing what his vice president was up to, inflating contracts and signing dubious deals behind his back! Mahama would have been removed from office if that man had lived. The emboldened thief is eyeing the opportunity to come back to finish the country once and for all!

Ghana needs the service of well trained commercial lawyers and procurement professional to undertake commercial and contract activities on behalf the country, not lawyaers with no specific specialisms who run from one court dealing with land litigations to another for divorce proceedings, whilst charged with defending the nation in corporate matters as a government lawyer. And whilst we are at it, split up the Attorney General and Minister of Justice portfolio into 2 separate functions, led by 2 substantive post holders.

this case went to arbitration government spent millions of dollars on lawyers. lucky for you ENI was not awarded judgment debt.

the arbitration asked to to come back if government force them to merge with Springfield without appraisals.

we are back to square one they are now doing the appraisal something you should have done long time to avoid wasting time and money on arbitration.

same way you and your people terminated GPGC contract after they met all the conditions stipulated in the contract. the won and they were awarded $134M judgment debt which you can't even pay.

GRA too has to pay judgment debt to west blue because you terminated their contract and gave it to SML one of your cronies.
