  We need a federal system, or Ghana should be divided along tribal lines. The centralized system whereby Accra decides everything is nonsense.

  Why national cocoa office is at Accra where by Ashanti,western ,Bono is there?.

  Accra is not cheating any region. The government is not responsible for the many development projects one sees around Accra. It's private investors and private citizens who have chosen to build around Accra. The Ghana government must have a plan for all the regions, then allocate funds for the projects earmarked for each region. The current practice of having different regions beg the President for development projects is shameful. In gold-producing towns, the government should ensure that a certain percentage of the tax on gold in those areas are used to by those towns and cities for their roads, schools, clinics and markets.
