Once a bill has been passed by Parliament, the bill must be forwarded to the Presidency, and the President can then decide whether to sign it into law or veto it.

The court has no business issuing an injunction on the the forwarding of the bill to the Presidency for signature. The court should have followed the laws of the land and entertaining a lawsuit only after the President has decided to either sign the bill into law or refuse to sign it with an explanation. Those Justices know the law and the procedures, but have chosen to be political Justices serving and protecting a President instead of upholding the laws of the land. Parliament has the authority to forward bills that have been passed by it to the Presidency for the President to act on. Until the such a bill has been signed by the President and taken the effect of law, any action brought before the Supreme Court regarding the unsigned bill is a premature action and should not be entertained by the Court. The Court is supposed to interpret laws, not bills that have been passed by Parliament and have yet to take the effect of law. How can this court expect the public to have confidence in it when it knowingly twists judicial procedure to suit the President?
