Maybe the EC deliberately gave the political parties different voters registers so they cannot give uniform statistics.

Recall that in the 2020 presidential election, the EC gave several different results for the same election. Some of the results had total that was more than 100% and others had total less than 100% of the total number of voters that voted. The EC is always inviting deep suspicion and mistrust unto themselves.

If the declaration of these vacant seats had happened in an over whelming majority situation, it wouldn't have been a challenge at all. But we have a very unusual situation. Your parliamentary seats are almost the same. So dialogue.

You knew you would always have the courts on your side so u quickly run to court. The courts should have advised you to go and talk things over with your colleagues from the other side amicably.

The court was very quick to pronounce judgement on your side without any respect to the speaker of Parliament.

If Hon. Osei Kyei Mensah Bonsu were in charge, things wouldn't have come this far.

Pls swallow your ego.

Embrace the leadership of your colleagues on the other side. They are also human beings. Talk to them.

After all these two political parties are seeking the mandate of Ghanaians.

If you want to make everything court, courts and law, law, it may backfire in the eyes of all of us.

The NPP leadership must also go to the floor of Parliament even and occupy any seat at the beginning of the next sitting. However, the beginning of the next sitting, the NPP leadership should remind the Speaker of the ruling ot the Supreme Court and see if the Speaker would do the needful and implement the ruling of the Supreme Court. The NDC caucus, after hearing the announcement of the SC's order or ruling, would have no other choice than move to their rightful position as the Minority caucus. Whether we like it, disagree with the decision of the Supreme Court or not, the ruling of the Supreme Court stands and prevails UNTIL that ruling or order is reversed by the Supreme Court of Ghana. For the sake of peace, security and development of Ghana, our Motherland, the Speaker and both NPP and NDC Parliamentarians should first think of Ghana before their parochial partisan interests.

What is required now is for he and the NPP caucus be humble and show respect for the Speaker, go to parliament and sit at the minority position. It's then that the Speaker would officially convey to the house the SC ruling. Then the NPP would revert back to their status as the majority and the NDC, the minority.
If the Speaker did not have regard for the authority of the SC, he wouldn't send a petition there. As long as the NPP MPs refuse the Speaker, they are going nowhere and they have themselves to blame.
