It is beyond me why people fall for these kinds of scams.
But then again we are living in a period in which EASY OR "LAZY" CHRISTIANITY is widely practiced. In other words the kind of Christianity which only involves dressing up in your best suit or 3 piece or attired in your designer (fake or real) dress shoes and hand bag, listening to motivational songs performed by "professional" musicians and finally listening to a very "uplifting Word of God" by the Man of God that reassures you that you are the apple of God's eye and nothing can touch you. Of course there is the usual mandatory seed offering to get these blessings rolling. From one end of the year to the next rarely is anything ever said about the vital need for the true believer to live in obedience to the scriptures, to let go of the sinful practices of the world, the need to live holy and blameless lives before the Lord at home, at work and in the public domain. There is rarely ever a call reminding church goers of the need for personal devotion to God through regular DAILY PERSONAL BIBLE STUDY AND PRAYER if we are to grow and mature in our faith.
Even though our nation is plagued by widespread corruption, indiscipline, scamming ,deceiving one another ,taking advantage of one another, lying, unfaithfulness in marriage, murder for money and many other acts of dishonesty which all greatly displease the God of Heaven these are are never highlighted by those who claim to be our spiritual shepherds. THE EMPHASIS IS TO LOOK LIKE A GOOD CHRISTIAN BUT CONTINUE TO DO EXACTLY WHAT ALL UNREPENTENT SINERS DO.
Isaiah 56-57 The Prophet Isaiah had some really harsh words to say to the spiritual and civic leaders of his time which apply perfectly to our times; he said that spiritual leaders should have been like alert watchmen, who warned the people of the dangers around them and instructed them in the ways of God. Instead, says the prophet, they were like lazy, overfed watchdogs who could only sleep. They were interested only in personal gain and did not care for the people. The civil leaders (likened to bad shepherds) were equally greedy and corrupt (9-12). [See Bridgeway Bible Commentary]

Let us pray always added , meanwhile there is no prophecy in the Bible ( God’s mind) where such words are used in association with true prophecies.
God is slow to anger and abounds in love but these people are using God’s Holy Name to just enrich themselves .
As one of them popularly says “ you will no go unpunished “, not even one of the tricksters among them will go unpunished.
Repent, “ man of God” if you fall in that class and walk in integrity of heart and uprightness before the God of the universe.

If they say prophesy then it means it's an instruction from God and nothing can change what God has said so as what they prophesied didn't come to pass, what are they saying ? They are making mockery of themselves but not God and they keep on exposing their fakeness. It's ridiculous to prophesy the sex of a pregnant woman as there is no difference between prophesying the sex of an unborn child and Trump and Kamala Harris elections. There was no way any person could be elected as US president apart from either of the two. So personally I don't follow these so-called prophets and pastors 'prophesies' but rather I see them as predictions.
