Father's shouldn't make will's for their children. They should rather make sure to give them good education which will be life long benefits to them and nobody can take away from them. We father's should enjoy ourselves what we work hard for while alive. The properties should go to our wives, past and present who helped us to acquire the entire package. The needed members of our extended families plus the community. The wives should share their own with the children if they wish. This is my opinion. Muslim or Christian. Please no offence.

Proof of authenticity of a Will is a civil matter done at the high Court. It is when the court pronounces that it is a forgery that the culprits can be prosecuted in the criminal court. Until then you're wasting your time

For instance, at the point of kiss departure, Alhaji Salia would've wished that he was given just a minute to come back and give out all his wealth to the course of God. But no he had the opportunity but tossed it to the galary. At this point, someone might say that I'm being disrespectful to our our departed father. But no, idont even know him, neither do I know the amount of wealth he left behind. However, it's worth noting that the wealth that he left behind has become a source of distress to him and his family. What we need to know is that whatever the family does with his wealth, Alhaji Salia will get a share in the hearafter. In other words, if they do good things with his wealth, he'll get a share of the blessings in his grave and vice versa. Now, looking at the kind of commotion that has engulfed the family, with they have the time and fore-thought remember them father in good deeds? None of us will wish this to happen to his family after our demise.

Therefore, we must strive to spend our wealth in the course of The Almighty God whilst we're still alive and never wait for this to happen to our family after our death. We must always remind ourselves that if it's God who gives wealth, then He alone is enough for our children. This is because no amount of wealth can suffice for our children after our death. In conclusion, in our quest to amass wealth for the comfort of our family, we must always remind ourselves of the story of how Mary.,the mother of Jesse was brought up as a baby without both parents. For a whole year, the siblings contesting the validity of the will were never given access to the original will. That clearly was proof that there the will had been cooked up in the office of a crooked lawyer along with the selfish siblings. The court should should have ordered that all parties to the case be granted access to the original will or else risk dismissal of the case. There clearly is no excuse for a person contesting the will in court to have to go on for an entire year without having access to the original will. All those responsible for the preparation and filing of that bogus will should be prosecuted criminally and locked up.

I know of a case where a lawyer was to be gifted a house so as to falsify a will. He refused. More bad people abound.
