Parents should read between the lines. It's becoming increasingly clear that NDC will cancel the FSHS. This so-called 'review' talk by NDC is the euphemism for cancellation of FSHS. A word to the wise is enough.

One thing that Ghanaians need most is free tap water. Every Ghanaian drink water, cook with water, and bath with water and wash with water.
Water comes next to air for any living thing.
