Teachers accommodation close to such campuses must be a priority. We must not crowd our SHSs. In the story, the education minister is telling us they have made provision for a single school to enroll about 4500 students. Why? These schools are not tertiary institutions, mind you. How can the teachers supervise and manage such huge numbers at one location? This would definitely affect the quality of teaching and learning outcomes. As for the double track system, it's simply toxic!

Educational resources are put to their maximum use, while quality teaching and learning, from our top schools, are also made available, in the shortest time, to a lot more students, who otherwise wouldn’t have had that opportunity. We can’t afford to wait any longer to build all the needed school infrastructure before educating our children. We must therefore do all that is necessary (including double-track) to educate every Ghanaian child for national development.
