Where — Whittal is a fool! He is anti- democracy. He lacks what it takes to be a Human Rights Advocate. Do you how John Bull Mahama’s administration trampled down the Judiciary after the supreme court ruled in favor of his 2012 electoral victory over Akufo-Addo? Shortly after that the criminal kingpin Mahama called the bluffs on the Supreme Court by allowing his thugs “ those Montie 3 morons to threaten the then Chief Justice Mrs Theodora Woods; that “they would seize her and marry her by force”. Then after the Supreme Court convicted those three morons and sentenced them to serve six months jail time, John Mahama went ahead and released them with executive orders. He pardoned them against the advice of almost all stake holders, especially the BAR association. the Ghana Legal Council among many others. Even at the time most of the Justices at the Supreme Court were his appointees he refused to give them the due respect, when will the NDC allow the Judiciary to undertake their duties without fear of favor or interference?

If you are not so blinded by the party you support and want to do a critical analysis you will realize this accusations and criticism of the judiciary didn't start today or from 2017. Is so annoying when those appointed to be impartial blatantly become very partisan and throw truth to the dogs.

As soon as the NDC took over power in 2009, they appointed Betty Mould-Iddrisu to go after all Kuffour's appointee they considered corrupt, this wild goose chase ended in disgrace because they were so ill-prepared and didn't have evidence to make their prosecutions successful, with superior mindset from the accused lawyers, one-by-one, all their cases crumbled like a piece of meat pie. Betty Mould was a total failure as attorney general. Some of us even were disappointed she couldn't successfully convict even one appointee under Kuffour because they were not saints themselves. At least we expected Weriku Brobbey to be convicted because you guys made us believe so.
The NDC turned their anger on Betty Mould and again with their babies with sharp teethes lashed out at her and eventually got her fired. Amidu as well couldn't do the job he resigned or was fired after arguing with his then boss, the late President Mills.
Instead of the NDC doing retrospection and correcting their crude and unproductive ways and learning the practice of law as against the textbook understanding of law, they went on rampage insulting Georgia Wood and the Judiciary when it was NDC that was in power. Why did you leave that part out sir? Pathetic dishonest soul. Since then, anytime the NDC has lost a case in court due to ill preparation they go after the Judiciary and the Chief Justice. Same Georgina Wood and the Judiciary were highly praised when the 2012 election petition verdict went in your party's favor, what has changed since then?Atubiga, a known NDC justice was allowed to chair that case and as expected didn't rule in the NPP's favor Akufo- Addo showed leadership by stating that though he didn't agree with the ruling he respects the courts decision that is how a nation and it's institutions are built. Compare that to the NDC's election 2020 petition, their own Chairman then General Secretary came out to tell us that, they went to court empty handed, had zero evidence to back their case yet they misled their followers to think otherwise and criticized the court heavily, as a responsible citizen and CHIRAJ CZAR what have said about that? And you think deliberately denigrating the judiciary for not supporting your party's crying baby tantrums the Judiciary will flourish? Do you think people trust you and the institution who head? Anna Bossman did a far better job than we're seeing, she was so non-partisan. You indeed lost credibility in the eyes of right thinking Ghanaians and others.
Again I'm not surprised, you and your party don't have the DNA of hard work, perseverance, godliness and tolerance. Your history tells us so when your forebearers behaving in this same manner, filled with hatred and lacking deep thinking and self-reflection, abducted and killed our cherished justices.

Note of caution: this time of you guys make any attempt, hahaha, you will all sing "nearer my God"
