I think the Supreme Court is on its way to setting the country ablaze by such rulings.

The Constitution talks about an MP vacating his seat in parliament. Vacation of seat in parliament relates to the very seat the MP readily occupies in Parliament, not the future one. This is because, 2025 parliamentary seats have not yet been voted upon so no one knows which MP will win or lose in this elections. How can an MP vacate a seat (2025) that he is not occupying? The rulings of the Supreme Court is becoming too politically motivated.
