    Mahama's Ford SUV gift from his friend, who was conducting business with the government constitutes corruption. It is unethical in most countries, and Mahama would have been accused of corruption.

    You notice it when you see it. Rewording and/or redefining "corruption" in our constitution - or wherever - is not a step to stopping it.

    The laws were probably written on a piece of toilet paper 50 years ago,and most likely never been updated.
