What is wrong with this retired judge at all??? This guy should know that he doesn't understand the law better than those who sat on the case. If he wants to practice modern day law, then he should go to be born again and come to educate himself through to become a lawyer and this time round starts from the very beginning on the bench to gain the experience through to qualifying to become a Supreme Court Judge. He should stop disturbing our ears as if he is the repository of law. Give us a break masa.
