This is the 17th time Bawumia has returned the Ashanti Region to campaign in the past 4 months. He is allegedly bribing chiefs and statesman such as Kufuor to persuade voters. Will that be necessary if indeed NPP has performed better, delivered on their promises not only to Ghanaians but also in their own "voter world bank"?

Should that be a confirmation of perceived voter apathy?
