I know for sure that Salisu, Semenyo, Djiku, Partey, Inaki are not coming back again and I will advice the other foreign players to also learn from that if they want to save their careers.

The happenings in the Black Stars is beyond coaching. We agree to that. However Otto Addo USELESSNESS has added about 25% more of our football challenges.
He doesn't deserve to be there even by now???
We reward efforts at least but not this kind of his effort.

The GFA should go back to its own standards and get the team an accomlished coach with at least 15-years of useful/proven experience. Herr Otto could be reassigned to what he is known to be competent at; that is talent scouting and probably youth development.

Retention of players is the key to success and younger players who can stay around 10 years.....If want to keep good players for years.....you have to pay them to stay.
Ghana officials have to learn that there is no SUCH THING AS A FREE LUNCH.....MEANING PAY YOUR WAY

Please dont talk about rebuilding and stay on the job for 10 years. The past German Technical Director complained about changing players and inviting new faces to the team for the last 2-5 years so many and still counting. The pretext of discovering and scouting for new players has become the full-time job of the set of Black Star coaches in recent times. How many new players do Nigeria, Egypt invite into their national team in a year. We are wasting talents instead of tapping and exhausting the services of Schlupp, Emmanuel Gyasi, Alfed Duncan and others we keep calling 2nd and 3rd tier lads. What became of Afena Gyan, Osman Bukari's and others. Ending up treating them badly and destroying their morale. The in balance in the team for the last 10 years has not been solved despite hiring Ghanaian coaches who have been around the team and supposed to know the teams' weaknesses. Please look for a coach with a good plan and experience to lead the team into the next games starting in March 2025. GAFA has no time to waste. If the coach was a foreign coach, will he be here by now. What kind of contract did they enter into with the coach. The President must get himself into the fray.
