  Master Dan, where does the problem come .I was expecting to hear from you on that line since you've been in it for a long time and might have figured it out. Let the coach build the team, give him 15 years to give us African cup. Time and good preparation give results not what we've been doing. Eg Senegal and their coach. Otto is a Ghanaian, give him that team and time whilst he prepares the team he prepares himself also and within few years the cup which Egypt and Ghana were at 4 and now they are 7 will change. Ivory coast, Nigeria are even catching up with us even at our expense including Cameroon. kweku talk some for the coach , he loves his country and with time he'll achieve results

  Let's not blame coach Oto Addo, but blame management for the current problems. Coaches must be given the free hand to operate and not subject to manipulation as in the case of the Black Stars. Players selection is based on the choice of management for financial gains and not what the Coaches decide. One thing that is missing is that our defenders lack "height " to deal with aerial balls. Have Ghanaians not noticed this? Let's be patriotic and select players who can perform instead of pushing players into the team just because he belongs to a management member's sports academy. Let's begin from scratch and build a local Black stars team and add a few professional players from time to time. Ghana football must shine again.

How can a small country with about 5 million people try to unite Africa ? African unity by Nkrumah was DOA. WE ARE JUST LOUUD. DID WE THINK ETHIOPIA.   With that, we may get some best players to form the nucleus of the team.
  Then we may look outside to invite some of the foreign born players to come to reinforce and augment the team.
  And by the same breath, we must improve the shambolic and outmoded sports facilities in Ghana.
  A Coach in the cast of Kwasi Appiah, who is good in bringing in young players may be used for such a five-to-ten years project.
  Corruption must be booted out completely from all the corridors of our sports administration buildings and facilities.

KP Boateng, Quincy Abeyie, Junior Agogo etc did it take them 3 years to jell. Has the coach told you that the problem is beyond the coaching department. If you cannot hire a competent coach and backroom staff with his own football philosophy forget it. Do you watch the kind of football the other nations play; they are far ahead of Ghana no small nation anymore. When did the coaches complain of shambolic preparations by the GAFA.
