In more serious countries, Central Banks initiate and execute projects from profits made. No one should take credit for this, credit must go to the taxpayer, for he deserves it and not criminal top banking directors and politicians.

Sometimes this ģovernment thinks we don't know; every Interchange completed under Nana Addo's Mahama already sourced for the funding before leaving office in 2016. Obetsebi Lamptey, Pokuase, Tema Round About, Flowerpot and the lots?
All the one Nana Addo started himself he couldn't finish any. Takoradi, Suame and the other 5 Interchanges they desired to build in the Ashanti Region but couldn't. Yet Nana Addo prides himself of building Interchanges more than any other government. How cheeky.? National Cathedral Nana Addo couldn't finish bcox he couldn't fashion out the funding, Kumasi Airport that he commissioned months back isn't comple; the FlowerPot flyover isn't finished yet he went to commissioned it. We aren't dumb Nana Addo.
