They should supply water for bills to be paid. I live at Kotobabi spintex, behind the government JHS. My pipe flows for 1 hour every 2 months with urine pressure. I went to the office to ask and was told the water is transferred to Accra and cones back to my area after 2 months yet they bring bills.
