Under Nkrumah, some sections of the economy were under 24/7, and it wasn't a policy instituted by our first president.
Why not say "day and night" so that the NDC's empty-headed followers will not think that you are buying into their nebulous 24-Hour Economy concept???

Honorable, please use technology and punish those found flouting the law. Ghanaians are too dirty and crude in their thinking and way of life. 24/7 CCTV will do.
There are officers with staff at various district assemblies responsible for keeping our cities and towns clean. We have to dismiss them if they fail to do their work. Supervision is the word.
