Are you sure this is a REAL police officer?, and not a skit? His uniform is not standard. He is wearing crocks or flip-flops. One or both have hidden microphone(s) hence the clarity/loudness of the sound.

He tied some load on the bike and it fell down and he was tracing back then the police stopped him and said he is under arrest

This incidence happened at Tuna police barrier in the savannah region and this the third time this police officer officer assaulted civilians ,cases were reported and nothing happens,citizens are waiting for the outcome
I wish someone would take the cuffs of this guy and give him a fair fight at least we have all seen how many of the dirty slaps he has taken and still standing
we have allowed stupid politicians to destroy our institutions.
