This article is so badly written, readers have no clue what the message the writer is trying to get across here. One wonders what kind of training some of these journalists are provided. The article is supposed to tell readers about the strategy the Chief is using to get his town/village to be the cleanest in Ghana per the heading/title but the details is so mute/silent on that. Nothing whatsoever is said about how the Chief got the town to become Ghana's cleanest town. What did the Chief do, did he enact and enforce by-laws, did he mobilize his people to clean up the town on regular basis? Did he embark on educational campaigns to enlighten his subjects about the importance of cleanliness or what? Please up your game next time. cheers
