Seriously, I am having my doubts. This is because where I live, to be a bus driver you must have years of experience as a driver. These Kayaye initiatives started lasted year .

These people were learning only this daily. Aplankes don't learn everyday. Other drivers also don't learn daily. Daily learning for 5 months is good enough. They are experienced.

In fact the initiative is a very excellent one, but they should not limit it to only kayayei but rather unemployment enpowerment program to include every children on the street struggling. It is possible.

So how long have they been driving small cars before training them to drive buses. I am just asking because there should be a process. In some places, you need two years driving experience.
I hope these drivers have experience enough to drive buses. They need some years of driving experience. I hope things will be done appropriately.
I have a simple question for you. Who trained the first driver, teacher, lawyer, accountant, judge etc? Experience is not sold in any store but doing something repetitively allow someone to gain the word we called experience.
I think it’s a good initiative however they must have the educational capacity to undergo this training. It shouldn’t be just propaganda to woo people to vote for the npp
