Any law student knows that in any civil matter before a court of law the Defendant may opt not to open his defence after the Plaintiff has closed his case. However your "finest legal luminary of our time" did not appear to know this trite legal procedure and insisted that the respondents in the election petition should be compelled to open their defence! This man's performance was embarrassing. But conceited Togolese trokosi Ayigbes still hype him. But I digress. Concerning his defamation suit against Kofi Apaloo, FRANKIE the ignoramus must be educated that the Plaintiff's suit will succeed if he has a reputation to be damaged.
