Same thought here, NDC should reject those materials and make sure they are reprinted. How can all three seals on one bag break ??? And NDC believes this lie !!!
It can never be true that handling of the election materials caused the seals to break. The seals are not brittle that they will break with that ease.. The funny part of their cooked story is att the seals on one container go ...
