Indeed, corruption here corruption everywhere, on mine site why would security personnel is paid in dollars but received cedis equivalent which has been divided into 10 they are paid just one of the divided shares. why would the mainstream mining company give security job as contract to other people and in the end the security employee suffers with little salary how. this must be looked into. Again why would Mine Workers Union wait until this busy moment to send this message across whiles this need urgent attention from the government and the labor minister. These the issues we need to address to lift some of the burdens of government. Employment and labor relations these are your job this law is long overdue.
