If the Veep is soo charitable and clear in his mind and heart, he should do same donation to thousands of citizens who're suffering under their reign
I want to see him out of governance, but doing same, so I can conclude he's indeed generous, and not corrupt, otherwise this's just VOTE BUYING, which is corruption in itself. Either way, he's still loosing miserably.
