  No political party has seen the sense in making it its policy to salvage this situation. NPP to loans with the pretext of constructing bridges across the rivers, but shared the money among its members. The pontoons on the Volta Rivers have all broken down for the past 5 years. Only a few operate on single engines. NPP does not care. Vote Bawumliar and NPP out in order to save Ghana.

  People do whatever they want in Ghana. The owners and proprietors of the boat must be arrested. How can a boat not have life jackets? Are there any presiding govt organizations responsible for overseeing these boats and how they operate in leaderless Ghana? Do the proprietorship of the boat pay taxes? What safety measures do they have for passengers? This has been happening saa and yet so called humans don't learn anything. If you can't find a reputable private company to do this job then govt must take over and provide transport boat service. Gh leaders you are too stupid
