The house of chiefs can settle all chieftancy matters and if they can not im sure you can also seek redress in public court..if your chief has a problem this is how this should be handled.

And that no chief can raise a proper advocacy for the ban on smoking of all kinds of "weed". Chiefs also have snurf bottle for storage of all chemicals including "c" for use.
