NDC people, please stop jubilating. Jubilation will come later. This is the time to be VIGILANT at the Constituemcy Collation Centres, and the Regional Collation Centres and in other places where the NPP do their operations.

This is the time the NPP will try to put their rigging plans and rigging machinery into action. The may try to change numbers, compromise NDC agents and other party agents. Move to the Collation Centres and open your eyes.
