If miners are doing responsible mining, why then are people mining in water bodies in Ghana? Why is the EPA not stopping those mining in water bodies? To save the environment, the law that allows mining in forest reserves should be repealed immediately

With immediate effects the in coming government must make it's top priority to introduce the hardest law to stop mining in Ghana for a brief period of years between 5 to 10 years, either illegal, small or large to restore all our entire rivers valley.
Lastly any one caught do mining jail between 50 to 70 years imprisonment.
There should also try to end the exportation of timber as well because all the entire Forest is gone.
