Please Dr Bonaa it was in 1951 that Dr Nkrumah introduced free boarding in secondary schools in the North. When John Mahama was president, he was transferring feeding grants to SHS in the North. John Mahama never transferred feeding grants to SHS in the South..In 2017, President Akufo Addo introduced free SHS throughout the whole country and SHS in Southern Ghana are also befitting from the free boarding in SHS that the North has enjoyed since 1951.Please Dr Bonaa, President Akufo Addo shall be remembered.
