Mahama approached the IMF when there was no worldwide pandemic and what are some of the stern instructions given to him by those institutions? To those Ghanaians who care more about "FOOD" that kenkey that you want Mahama to come and give you will not happen because he cannot do it.

Do some of you understand the meaning to re-negotiate the IMF, World Bank agreement? Just hold on and if it materializes, you will hear what Mahama will tell you fools who were expecting him to share kenkey for you every morning.

Go and befriend them and see what they do to you one day when they will claim Ghana was established by Myrovic Kelensky in 1897 and was stolen from them by the British,so if Ghanaians refuse to learn Russia their nuclear submarines are just lying off Chorkor beach and will start throwing missiles into Makola.

The reality is that JDM can be good but his appointees can let him down. I always say that people should manage their expectations for JDM. They should pray for him to succeed. That's most important thing to do.

I am ready to bet ten kenkeys to one that the first casualty on the assassins list will be the free senior high school education program, which their Man, and the Man you chose out of your own volution as the leader of Nkrumah's Ghana, campaigned on restructuring.
He'll simply ask "Where do I sign?"
The tragedy of this decision would be the various States in The Continent which came to Ghana to study SHS system to implement in their home States. They'll all stay away. Who wants to sacrifice their political power on the altar of political expediency?

The country's national health insurance scheme (NHIS)...a health insurance scheme which provides coverage for almost all Ghanaians.
A benefit many of these bozos from the the IMF, World bank have. either being an employer sponsored plan or if from . say France, where the head of the IMF is from, covered under their country's health insurance program.
A plan she won't dare to even criticize for the "Yellow jackeketers" will tear her from limb to limb.
But,
She and her assassins will only take it away from BLack people, because in their minds black lives don't matter.

You watch..
in less than six (6) months from their Man's inauguration the programs would all be in the dust bin of history.
So,
Here's my question.
How could a supposedly sophisticated electorate vote against their own collective self interest ?
Is it the altar of instant gratification..... once again being pacified ?

How I wished Osagyefo had gotten out of his crypt to admonish the electorate before Dec 07,'24 with his lamentation after his overthrow, for he said " I could have provided Ghanaians with the "essential commodities" of imported sardines, corned beef, etc.. but I used the money to build the Tema motorway, Tema harbor, Gihoc, etc., a testament to a visionary leader.

I just can't fathom it.
And
I get the corruption and the haughtiness that have tarred the NPP and its surrogates as evidenced by the retribution on TV and Radio by the pundits
But, those alone shouldn't be the criteria...for rent-seekers are everywhere as long as there's a democracy.

NPP is handling these programs and still honoring IMF deals, but can Mahama do that? It is so sad, but we are waiting.

What real leaders do is to do the headwork to identify core sectors of the economy to support with the right investments, policies, human capital (the photosynthesis of growth) to grow the economy and help repay the debt.

Sitting at the IMF Office and in less than an hour signing a piece of paper to extend the loan duration at higher interrst rates is no solufion to the perinial and myriad economic problems the natipn faces.
