  It is very unfortunate two lives perished. May God strengthen the bereaved families.
  
  But, did the lawless burning of government property bring the dead back to life? Was the motorcyclist licenced? Were the 2 wearing crash helmets that could have saved them from head injuries? Was the motorcycle registered and insured? Citizens must be educated.
  
  Where was the driver of the government vehicle going that he failed to be disciplined on the road if he was reckless? Was he, the commander, permitted to drive the car?
