  Are you a government spokesperson? Because of the NDC victory we are seeing all sorts of characters suddenly speaking for the government. Tekpe, Ablakwa, Woyome, Basintale etc have emerged from nowhere to tell us categorically what Mahama will do. They don't even appear to be making suggestions
