  And Napo wanted to be a vice President. After 8yrs of bad Governance like this one.
  The Population of Kumasi has outgrown the current supply of water from Barekese. It appears NPP do not use data from the National census exercise for decision making. All they know is to use the exercise to provide shabby Jobs for their boys to entice them to vote for NPP.
