  WHO IS ENCROACHING GHANAIAN TERRITORIAL WATERS, NAVY ALREADY HAS SOME NEW SHIPS THEY SHOULD MANAGE.
  THE COUNTRY IS SO BROKE AND YOU WANT TO BUY NAVY SHIP?? NPP WILL NEVER COME TO POWER AGAIN IF THEY ARE NOT CAREFUL.

We don't need to do hospitals, we don't need to improve schools, we don't need to pay IPP for outstanding energy bills, we don't need to pay pensioners but instead we need ships on priority !!! Even on the way out they cannot stop their selfish and greedy practices.

  You staged a parliamentary coup d'etat, shut down parliamentary business which has delayed debate on many issues, but now youre complaining. You can't have your cake and eat it at the same time. Allow them to lay whatever they've in parliament, debate and vote. Thus how democracy works. They might not have the vote to pass these exceptions you're talking about.
  
  Wait till you take over and pass the budget you want and move forward, period. A little slow start won't collapse Ghana.
