If you love Ghana why should you destroy state property just because of one seat in parliament. Politics is about bringing development for the people and infrastructure is part of development and if you destroy infrastructure before you enter parliament then you are good for nothing and can best be described as a saboteur and unpatriotic. Is Ghana truly a christian country ? I doubt it but we are church goers and those involved in such incidents are either christians or muslims or both. No amount of prayers can change Ghana as we expect with such destructive mentally. NDC and NPP governments will come and go so why fight for a party or a candidate but not Ghana ? It's my prayer that every soul involved directly or otherwise will be brought to book and face justice. Because of stupidity, some supporters of NDC will not taste or feel the governance of his darling government as he is going to jail for his part he played in electoral violence.

The electoral process is very under resourced. If we say elections are won at the polling station why should party supporters mass up at the collation centers. So that is where the stealing is taking place. Why should party supporters be the ones carrying ballot boxes on motor bikes to the collation centers. If you dont vote at the constituency why should party officials be allowed into an affected or different constituency collation center.
Several changes should be made.
1. The entire nation must be in lock down to avoid or curtsil hooliganism ànd suspicious movements as done elsewhere.. The voting period should be adjusted to start early and close early within daytime to count all votes before night falls to avoid tampering with results. Have second look at persons other than security having special voting rights. They are the ones plotting the rigging machinery. Police must be armed to be effective and protect themselves they should not be made as sacrificial lambs. If not the armed soldiers they would have been made casualties by rampaging wolves.. Those caught putting people under duress causing mahem and assualting soldiers or police or any security officers should be dealt with. Lets support the police and security services to fulfil their mandate of protectiong ordinary Ghanaians. Susequently all inter party meeting Ec and IPAC must be telecast live on any subject under discussion. No more in camera.

How can such a public institution deliver the goods as expected by the citizens. The presidential results for the recent elections is still provisional as well as the Parliamentary ones. What kind of a country is this. Come to think of it that the commissioners are, professors, doctorates and lawyers but yet have difficulty trying to add up figures accurately. Why? These are people being paid with taxpayers money and yet they are not able to serve the taxpayers satisfactorily. Why?
