What is the sense in what Ansah Asare said? He simply explained the functions of the chief justice. This is not the question. The suit is about HOW the CJ has abused her authority in ways she applies authority. She is biased and her final judgment on Bagbin issue was laughable and a joke of the world. No one disputes her functions as enshrined in the constitution but her application of the law does not indicate any demonstration of fairness and justice. We will kick her out sooner than later. She is a danger to the judicial system.

Her ruling on partisan Bagbin's behaviour was apt, so was the concern she expressed that parliament was abdicating its responsibility to sit on important national matters, thereby creating a constitutional crisis. Why is the NDC now begging NPP MPs to come and approve a budget for the first quarter of 2025? Did your partisan Speaker think about that before planning the suspension of parliament with the NDC political committee?

The allegations go far beyond simple administrative transfers requested whether requested or not by a judge sitting on a case! And Mr Ansah Asare knows that full well.

He can raise questions about timing etc of the petition since a lot of time has passed since the matters complained of arose.

I told someone that the attitude of this Chief Justice makes her a default chief justice, she will go faster than she came because she does everything to please Nana akufo addo and NPP and not the best of Ghanaians

It is alarming that anybody reading this petition with a clear mind would arrive at such an absurd conclusion that the petition is "mischievous". One do not need to be a legal brain to appreciate that this is the worst C.J in history. This old moron has not even read the petition. I don't live in Ghana but follow news in Ghana so keenly as an academic. This is a highly unprofessional, corrupt and incompetent C.J who has done an irreparable damage to our justice system, some of which are raised in the petition. She is highly compromised and unprofessional who has brought justice delivery into disrepute. I live in the UK and such a highly unprofessional and corrupt C.J would have been booted out of office long ago. A C.J who openly does the bidding of a sitting President and behaves like the Women organiser of a party? And you want such an obnoxious character at the helm of our judiciary? You are a joke of an old man. But how did such an illiterate moron become a " Director" of Ghana Law School???
