  Ghana with always be in trouble if the go have to run and own everything. If the sugar cane factory is such a good idea why don't businesses people run it. It might need favourably loans or grants from government but to be owned by government is just storing up problems for future tax payers. I hope this new government sell off as much as possible only keep essential services in government hands.
