    It is now that you go to civil court to claim monetary loss. Yousue the boy and family in court and claim 1 billion cedís for the loss. Even if the court grants 20 years you don't gain but now go to civil court

    Take the child and his parent to civil court. That's where you can win big penalty judgement, and the civil court can really punish the dad financially. you can always bring a civil suit charge even after the criminal trial.
