This is what caused several revolts around the world against the bourgeoisie and their corrupt facilitators like these judges. Similar things can can be found in the book of Judges in the Bible. Injustice is not a good thing. If there’s no justice, then peace runs away.

Take the child and his parent to civil court. That's where you can win big penalty judgement, and the civil court can really punish the dad financially. you can always bring a civil suit charge even after the criminal trial.

There's no way you kill two people and get away with it because you're a minor. The laws should be changed so that when you commit crime as a juvenile, you are sent to prison and then released when you reach 21 years old.
