If so, why is the blame being shifted onto the electoral officials?

Why do we sell our integrity so cheaply? In a collation room where agents of all political parties, the media, independent observers, and police officers are present and carrying out their lawful duties, agents disrupt the process, assault officials, and scatter results, even burning electoral materials. Yet, you see nothing wrong with this but choose to condemn those who were beaten for simply collating results.

The verification machines tell you how many voters are verified to vote as well as the number of registered voters per a polling station. So with these checks in place how can the IGP aid in rigging. You spread out all these falsehood and the gullible believed.

This may not be the best but l think it based on mistrust from the incoming government.
Please don't say things you are not 100% sure of. Dampare claimed his bigger headache was to get a competent reliever when he leaves office, but a good leader should never be afraid if indeed he has followers he has trained and nurtured to takeover from him.
