This is the result. The law comes in when others lodge complaints in court that their votes were disenfranchised and they demand a recount. Recounting is a right not a crime. Even me an ordinary citizen can ask for a recount in my constituency if I have prove of witnessing some illegalities there. You haven't even started your work in parliament and you are demonstrating the character of a bully and thief. I think you don't understand the entire election results. Definately those children will not be seen at the place where the rice is being shared. Children whose parents don't know anybody among the sharers will have to go and struggle for theirs. Because they are desperate on getting there legitimate share they will take kindly to anyone who would want to cross them or watch on as parents of children sitting in the house leisurely watching TV or playing video games come and collect the rice for their children leaving them in the struggle without fate. When this children protest they will be seen and classified as lawless. What will that mean to an ethnic functionalist? Common sense will tell you that those struggling children are being cheated. Do you expect them to respect the so called 'rule of law'. It is the conduct of the uncaring adults that drive them into the rampage. If you bring soldiers and the police they will stone them.
